The average person is now spending 3 hours per day on their mobile device (for teenagers that figure is upwards of 9 hours). Much of that time is spent gaining inspiration for potential purchases
Still, translating this engagement into actual revenue, can be challenging. One of the most significant challenges is removing the friction associated with these channels – the sheer number of clicks, actions, and layers a shopper must travel through to go from engagement to purchase is staggering.
